In-Home Consultation
We will explain the
staging process, get your input
as to what you feel needs improving on to help sell your house, and then provide you with a comprehensive staging plan (interior & exterior). This will ensure that your decor (wall colors, flooring, furniture placement, window treatments,and personal items) appeals to the broadest range of home buyers.
Consultation Fee: $200
We provide you with a written report with staging recommendations, including repairs (contractor referrals), furniture and/or accessory additions/reductions, paint selections and suggestions for improved curb appeal. In this competitive real estate market, your home needs to stand out to be noticed by buyers. Staging is the way to accomplish this!
Staging Your Home
We will re-organize, neutralize and arrange the furniture, accessories and lighting to focus on the best features of your home.
Staging: $70 per hour
Supplement Your Existing Furniture & Accessories
Our goal is to appeal to the broadest range of buyers, so that may require you to update your current furniture and/or accessories to help sell your home. We can rent furniture/accessories to you from our inventory for a weekly fee.
We also offer personal shopping
service to locate the perfect items to compliment your existing
furnishings. (i.e. window treatments that convey with the house, bedding, etc.).
Personal shopping: $35 per hour
Purchases are billed separately at cost
Repairs and Painting
Your home has to be in perfect condition before you sell; we have a team of professional licensed and insured tradesmen that will get your home in tip-top shape. You can choose to either work directly with our painters, carpenters, carpet cleaners, etc., or we can take care of it for you. When repairs/painting are completed, we will stage your home.
Project management: $35 per hour
Vacant Home Staging We have furniture
and accessories that you can rent on a weekly basis to stage a vacant home. You don't need to stage the entire house - just the rooms where the buying decisions are made (living &dining rooms, kitchen, master bedroom).
You want to provide the lifestyle elements to help buyers see what it's like to live in the house.

Open House Preparation
After all the work to stage your home, make sure it shines on Open House Day. We will help you prepare for the Open House to make sure your home leaves a lasting impression on potential buyers. We will also give you a check list to help prepare your home room-by-room for any additional Open Houses.
Open House Preparation: $100
Any supplies are billed separately at cost
