Pricing

Decorating Services

For up to 2 hours, the decorator consul is $200.  If you need my help to research product, do room layouts, purchase furniture/decor on your behalf I charge $75/hour.

Staging Consultation

We look at the property from a buyer's prospective and provide a comprehensive staging plan (both interior & exterior) to ensure that your wall colors, flooring, furniture placement, window treatments and decorations appeal to the broadest range of buyers.

  • We provide:
  • staging recommendations
  • repairs/upgrades that will give you your best return on investment
  • contractor referrals if needed
  • furniture and/or accessory additions/reductions/re-purposing
  • paint/flooring/lighting/tile selections
  • suggestions for improved curb appeal

For homes within Montgomery County, MD:

  • For up to 2 hours consultation time and a written report, the fee is $300.
  • For consultation only ("walk and talk" ), the fee is $200.
  • Contact us for pricing for houses located outside Montgomery County.

Note: we no longer offer  vacant staging services (furniture & accessory rental)
